How many Attribute Points at each level
Your Virtual Pro's attributes are bought with Attribute Points, and how many you have depends entirely on your level. These are the numbers.

What you start with
Does the cap stay at 100?
No. EA raises it by live update through the season — level 95 was itself a raise, which is why EA's own pitch notes quote 2,854 AP and the game now goes further. Treat 3,167 as the figure today rather than a permanent ceiling.
What each upgrade costs
AP does not buy a flat number of points. The higher an attribute already is, the more each further step costs — and a Key Attribute for your archetype costs less than the same step on anything else. That is why two builds on the same level can look nothing alike.
| Attribute is… | Cost per +1 | If it's a Key Attribute |
|---|---|---|
| 1–60 | 1 AP | 1 AP |
| 61–70 | 2 AP | 1 AP |
| 71–80 | 3 AP | 2 AP |
| 81–85 | 5 AP | 3 AP |
| 86–90 | 8 AP | 5 AP |
| 91–95 | 13 AP | 8 AP |
| 96–99 | 21 AP | 13 AP |
AP at every level
Levels marked with a dot are milestones, which pay a bonus on top of the normal grant.
How solid is this table? The three figures above are real — the starting pool, EA's published total at level 95, and the total at the cap. The levels in between are worked out from a curve fitted to pass through them, so treat them as close rather than exact. We would rather say that than present a calculation as EA's own numbers.
Spend them somewhere reversible first
AP spent in game is gone until you buy a reset. The builder charges the same costs shown above, so you can find out what a spread actually reaches before committing to it.
